War Metaphors are Never the Answer.

Either Time magazine needs to be slapped or the US Army needs to change it’s strategy. Either way, I can’t advise using war metaphors for anything other than war.

    I would suggest that “war on terror” is itself a wretchedly applied metaphor. You cannot draw your weapon and put a bullet in an emotion, only in people.
