I don’t know if it’s the best ever, but I think it’s outstanding. Clear, honest, to the point. Do you think this guy has an entrepneurial spirit? Do you think he can overcome obstacles? It’s not even that it makes me want to hire him (it does) it makes me want to meet him. Which is more important in the job search process.
